...infrastructure. Teammates are very friendly and tha management is very friendly. There is small cafeteria and gaming and pantry also for chilling company policies are good, give good salary and bonus every six months.

Company policies are very poor. No pay for overtime but company wants to extend the shifts, even comp offs were not allowed to take when it is needed., HR team is very poor in ticket handling.

Neeyamo is a good place for fresher to start a career; however, not the best. Company culture is good and there's a lot to learn. People generally stay for a year or two and look for better opportunities as it's not really a place to make a full career. Company is growing and expanding on fast pace.

Low salary and very poor salary growth, long working hours (9.5), no incentives, no transportation facility, no job security.

I'm starting my career as a fresher here I've learned a lot while I'm working here. Infrastructure is nice and peers who all are work there are very friendly. overall experience is good....:)
