Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

For fresher it's a ok ok opportunity.

Just don't waste your time here if you are having good skilled try in other companies, there is no growth here first of all, your ideas will not valued here, plus there is no increement, first they will keep you on probation period for 6 months by telling we will give you so so amount, then after 6 months they are giving same reason to every employee that you are not working properly we can't increase your salary you can leave. Or they will give there financial issues problem even the company earning very well. Also don't trust on boss words he is actually doing back bitching of every employee, saying bad things to the new joiners. Be prepare if you are living near by cities like kalyan or dombivli he will call you anytime after the office hours and will give you work. Some times on weekends also he will call you.
