... also sometime does not help with that and never stood up for his/her employees. They charge 3-4 lacs per month from client and give salary of 30-40k only , even to senior employees which work very hard . Poor management, no accountability for employees personal time . Management should need to increase salaries and hold boundaries from work of Greedy clients on weekend. I got so stressed that I had to visit doctors for it and taking prescribed medications.

Very bad place to work and there no job security . Top management doesn't have any morals and ethics. No recocgnition for hard work Simply Its a waste and worst place to work
