There is no genuine approach to grow as a company and hence no individual growth. Company is full of cheaters and unethical employees.

No vision, no clarity, no decision making. Everyone is ringing his own bell without any empathy or respect. This is just a low level lala company with just handful of under educated people.

The top management is unarguably the best in the industry. An atmosphere where everyone can explore their abilities and management rewards appreciate the efforts and rewards them.
