Salary is good and nothing else. They pay so because no one sticks to the job, except for oldies who have no other go.

Dislikes

Worst International School to work in Bangalore. No Principal. School Director is the owners herself and interfere's in everything not allowing you to do your job. HR is running the department with their own staff who keep absconding every month due to mental torture from the HR Head who is totally useless to handle any crisis or conflict. They have developed a HR Policy which keeps changing throughout the year as per their convenience and unfavourable to staff.

Imagine a few ladies from early years and middle school promoted to senior leadership by the virtue of having worked closely with the founder. Having never stepped into a senior school/IBDP classroom even as a teacher and no knowledge nor skills about senior school and giving teacher training programmes to senior school staff and reviewing their performance/judging their professional personal skills. These are women who have never stepped out of this one school nor their own comfort zone and are judging people who are well-travelled and well-versed in what they do. Such is the condition of this school that boats of many things on their website. In reality, they are just a bunch of petty women who run a school pretty much like they run their households. On top, they are neither warm nor sweet as opposed to some stay-at-home moms. They are mean, nasty, selfish women who have climbed the corporate ladder very fast without having been in proper roles or having done the hard work that people normally do before enjoying such positions, thus creating a very toxic and unhealthy environment that stifles talent. A BIG NO to this school!

Neev provides its teachers with a lot of professional development workshops and has a great work culture . Excellent skill development and also love the cultural experiences and learning it provides to the students.

Dislikes

Growth in Neev has not been organic . They needs to be growth and recognition for deserved employees and that’s one thing which is lacking in Neev. One feels they need to ask for it and it isn’t given naturally and organically . An employee needs to be recognised and felt important .

Likes

A great place to learn and develop as a professional , scope for improvement is present, students are far better and disciplined than any other IB, IGCSE school in bangalore Or mumbai

Dislikes

School Owner take baseless decisions and moving the school in backward direction, HR department is a mess, policy makers are worse, few HOD and the owner together running the show no matter how good you are , if you want to be promoted you have to in the good books of this less qualified, moderate leaders.

The training programs for teachers are good.

Dislikes

Teachers especially the ones who bring their kids to Neev are treated as if they have been obliged. The treatment with those teachers is not so great. As management stops caring about them and their issues. Even after being loyal to the school for good number of years I have seen many teachers mistreated by the management.
