Complicated internal process. Very less incentive. Frequent policy changes. Sandwich Holidays and Club Holidays, ie if you take Friday and Monday off, it will be 4 leaves, not 2. 3rd Saturday is also working, and this changes frequently No Work-life balance, micromanaging managers and long working hours

They dont have much clients to work with. And in this tough situation, they have put all the employees on LOP. No job security

Nothing's good over there.. the company is run by a blind guy who has made some dumb puppets as his manager who themselves are in capable of doing anything but will behave like as if they are the boss of the organisation. It's been like months that the company's us-it shift came into existance but this manager is in capable of proving one single P.O. So by this you can imagine whats good in that organisation.

Work culture Politics Manager Manager's puppet Food Openly they dont admit about their hire and fire policy, but they can fire you whenever they feel like they are bored of har reading you.
