Nothing to like in this company -Management is showing Favarotism - First they will hire you and tell for chats then they will tell you to do calls and then they will tell you to do emails and then social media and theneverything at last you will feel like Servant thats it Please avoid this company foryour better growwth

One rotational weekoff and no job security if they feel you are not doing well they will call you and tell your last date of working and bye also no appraisals , employees are working like labors and the worst part is the quality - New employess comes and old ones are kicked out this is the stratergy of Neeman's Private Limited -Thank god I left the company

Small company and it is not yet certified as a Great Place to work. Fake Promises will be given before joining and after joining we will come to know the actual reality which will be opposite. Every month people will join and they will get abscond after seeing the company culture. Work life balance for only favorites.

Dislikes

Politics and favoritism is flooding. Manager TLs and specially quality team is very worst. Only favorite people will be safe and they have the good career. At the time of joining they will say this is a startup and you will have career growth but even after completing 1 year there is no chance for appraisal.

Life is great at Neeman's , people are great, carrying various industry experiences, thats what makes it special. Being a Neeman's employee has taught me to be a better problem solver. The organization culture is nice, there are various departments and we have good inter-department collaboration.
