This company best platform for learning, but there is no future in this company. Job security is zero. There is no rule of labour laws.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slower.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend faults in the plant ,in the evening and sometimes late into the night. But manager do not give my importance.

The company manufacturing guar gum powder & expot it to USA. Chaina etc. There is exclient manufacturing techinque and produce better quality guar gum powder. The company purchases guar corma from panjab &hariyana. Tha company also has a unit for manufacturing of guar corma . there is a leboratory for rotuin checking of quality of gum powder. Mostely owener of compay & faimily mambers communicate with client .
