Extremely slow growth, with little to no career development opportunities.No proper orientation or training is given.No written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are shared, yet you're expected to perform perfectly in tasks you’ve never been formally trained in.Learning is limited to observation, and if you don’t pick up everything, you're blamed for not knowing.Senior staff members are unsupportive, often resorting to yelling, creating a highly toxic and stressful environment.Mistakes are not treated as learning opportunities, and senior staff hide their own errors while magnifying yours.You’re required to handle administrative hospital paperwork, which adds distraction, unnecessary stress, and provides no relevant learning experience.Work-life balance is virtually nonexistent. You’re expected to start your day at 7 AM and work until 7 PM, and you’ll also need to come in at 5 AM to prepare media for the incubator.The environment is mentally draining, with constant pressure and very little support.Overall, if you're a beginner, this is not the place to start. The environment is demoralizing, and you won’t receive the support needed to grow or develop.
