Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

the biggest wrong decision of my life was join this company.they people take your passport and torturing you.if you want to leave from here to escape there torture than you can not leave from here easily.production manager and hr department (PM_shivaparsad )(HR-mayur wani) is no humanity.if you want to hell your life than join this compney. also every department as cantrolled by PM and APM before you joining they are treat very well and after your joining they hold your passport and treat like a slave.

only they give money on time.but the timing is not right they told you 12 hr but they are forcefully give u work 15/17 hrs. i have west in my life 2 year here and very very disappoint with this culture.
