Its core branch company having assembling work. You have to learn yourself.You can easily loose weight there because assembling a machine,takes lots of physical work. S

They treat you like a machine. If you complete one machine, they told you go for the next n next.Assembling one machine, take lots of your physical power.How can we assemble 2-3machine in a day.

Nothing is good here to like work here. Its a very bad company for engineers only illiterate person need here. They gives only bad behaviour. Work inviroment is very poor.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
