It is a joint venture board manage company. MMTC , Odisha Gov. & NMDC . Manage by MMTC, Production regularly hamper due to raw material supply by MMTC and delay in spare supply.

Likes

Previously NINL was very good in culture, promotion and satisfaction but only obstacle was fund which was very difficult to arrange for management.

Dislikes

After TATA Steel takeover, no increment in salary, very difficult for promotion and Non Technical work load is much more higher. Safety is its first priority but it is theoretically again if any injury will be happened due to you then your job will be in pressure.

Friendly co-workers/good atmosphere. Enjoyable tasks. Good balance between your work life and personal life. Variety of work.

Dislikes

Only one thing about this company make it negative. Insufficient communication on the part of the management

It is good except inhuman behavior of main promoter MMTC a Central Govt undertaking

Main promoter of NINL is MMTC Central Govt. MMTC has not paid employee last 8 months even during COVID_19 pandemic period.

company infrastructure's are excellent , young & skill man power available , but due to financial crisis & lack of coordination between share holder the company is suffering a lot. Financial support from government can only save the organisation from drowning.

Dislikes

career growth in certain level is very terrible , capable people are not getting opportunities to utilize their skill for the company due to wrong policies of management .
