Overall, the organization is a perfect place for all round development. The project in which the organization hold is a long term contract with CRY-America especially working for child right issues in the district. Excellent management with excellent work culture. The working ethics is suitable for employee who comes from different cultural background. Needless to say, one of the best organization I have ever work.

Dislikes

Honestly, as an activist we work selflessly for society. So, I don't see any negative points regarding work culture, salary, management etc. Infact, I enjoy working in NEEDS, Manipur.

Its a very good organisation with good work culture. Team members and managerment is very cooperative and supportive as well.

As a programme manager, it is sometime became difficult to me to balance my social life and work life.

NEEDS provide an absolute platform for developing skill through providing platform for training on related fields. They welcome freshers as well and make them expert on related fields. Here one can get the best cooperating teammates, which makes work environment comfortable. As per worklife balance and scope of innovation, it is so so.
