There is nothing to like, I feel sad for the third founder who works and the couple enjoy his hard work

All of it. They do not have the capacity to pay salary on time, even paying 12-15K is tough for them. All they do is self praise and nothing else. Right now when the market is booming they are still not able to afford someone with 15,000. For timepass this place is fine, if you are bored go there for 3-4 months but do not expect salary. Ulta tumko khud dena padega becharo ko. P.S. Maid has more capacity than them.

EVERYTHING 1. They are so poor can't even pay salary 2. Salary delay by 3 months 3. Shop like office, even washroom is bigger than where they sit 4. Owners are like clowns 5. Owner borrow money from employees, maids, and different people

There is nothing to like in the company. A place to harrash yourself by doing job there, always a salary and management issues. Salary never paid on time.

The work culture is really friendly and best part is that the median age here of employees is around '27' hence dynamism and talent is seen everywhere. If hardwork and planning is what you have then this is the right place to work!

There are ups(pros) and downs(cons) everywhere, but here ups are so many that the downs and cons are overshadowed.
