neco company is not better for life long work becouse there is mostly sallery issuse phase to workers increment not provide at proper time safty instructions not follows sfety equipments not provide to the workers so..

Good but there was lost of trouble during seafty issue so if we maintain any kind of experience that must be ok in this company.

Job security - Good
