Working at Nectar Lifesceince is safe. You will came to learn a lot because you can explore more and more related to your working environment.

...of growth, no matter how much work you do you will never get credit for that. No promotion no grade pay. Work load is not so high but for few days you have to do 14-16 hours. No increment and if provided very low

1) Work life balance was there. 2) Timings :- 9:30 - 6:00 Under his (Boss) guidance I didn't feel any pressure becuase, he knows how to handle the work.
