I m doing job in nector lifesciences unit 6 jharmajri . The company environment is so good, they provide us to upgrade our skill in any section.

There is no apreasal or increment is given by company till 4 years ... My salary is so poor... And there is no hope of apreasal in this year .. Every body is waiting for the apreasal....

work environment approximate ok but teammates and management are not supportive. company policies are good but salary increament not give in five year betwean.

Working at Nectar Lifesceince is safe. You will came to learn a lot because you can explore more and more related to your working environment.

...of growth, no matter how much work you do you will never get credit for that. No promotion no grade pay. Work load is not so high but for few days you have to do 14-16 hours. No increment and if provided very low

...o incentives growth is good but the culture here in india is they take lots and lots of work but the salary packages are worst like no living can be done

Salary pacakage less,no holidays ,ppl not doing work only licking seniors are getting more profits .and pol like us working hard without any profit

Honestly,.i spent one year as a GET. The atmosphere is average & Salary is very low for BE student.. I have seen,..the illiterate person get more Salary than a BE student.. There are too many things thats really really disappointing...they take labour work from graduate person in the name of apprentice..in very low salary,... Really really disappointing... There are lots of things..which can't possible here to explain...but i wouldn't recommend any body to come here.. Take your decision wisely. All the best for your future.
