Very few employers recognize that professional and personal fulfillment requires reform in the patterns of behavior. An individual life coach can help a person redefine goals and get clarity. NEC India employees can avail the benefit of individual Life coaching. I have been able to set my priorities because of individual life coaching.

...ide a cab for the customer site. It's better not to get a job than to work here. They don't pay you for working from the customer site on Saturday and Sunday, and they don't allow compensation leave. When I asked for it, they said, "You don't even get paid for the day when you don't have work, so why ask for that?"
