Untill or unless you are on any project, they will pamper you. If your project gone(many projects gone this year) then you will be fired immediately. Internal opening interview rounds are only fancy thing. They won't select any one sitting on bench. Sad reality :(

They don't pay you for working from the customer site on Saturday and Sunday, and they don't allow compensation leave. When I asked for it, they said, "You don't even get paid for the day when you don't have work, so why ask for that?"
