The manegement security of this job like very freely and it's work culture is can great full for us,the company policies is also excellent.

There is a lot of politics and the manegement doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. In the job training is not given to new joiners.

...ide a cab for the customer site. It's better not to get a job than to work here. They don't pay you for working from the customer site on Saturday and Sunday, and they don't allow compensation leave. When I asked for it, they said, "You don't even get paid for the day when you don't have work, so why ask for that?"

No growth in technical knowledge. No job security as managers are busy playing politics in saving their own jobs. Inefficient managers who thinks manager job is to force subordinate to work and showcase to higher management as their achievement . Clients are not much valued here. Managers are selfish and worthless. Ineffie Managers are creating NEC worst place to work.
