Apart from the competitive salary I got here, I was able to take relevant certifications in my domain because of the supportive work environment. It's a fantastic company, especially in terms of pay and work-life balance, as well as flexible scheduling and no tracking. The management is very supportive and you don't need to run from pillar to post to get your queries and concerns addressed. If you truly want to work, the sky is the limit at NECI.

...ide a cab for the customer site. It's better not to get a job than to work here. They don't pay you for working from the customer site on Saturday and Sunday, and they don't allow compensation leave. When I asked for it, they said, "You don't even get paid for the day when you don't have work, so why ask for that?"
