Compensation is brlow industry standards. HRteam leverages brand name n pays u very low. Level of politics is way too high. If you are not in the favourites group, your chances of surviving decrease. People judge you by your work n ability to please the manager Fav ppl are rewarded n promoted. Manager trusts TL when it comes to employee feedback. Your opinion hardly makes a difference. Extremely slow growth
