They treat every employee fairly and equally, regardless of their designation. The compensation and perks are top-notch for the industry. Overall, NEC India is really a great company, and I am genuinely grateful to be part of it.

...supportive and the management is transparent. Good work environment and culture. Appraisals are fair and they give a good salary hike and bonus every year.

some times seniors do not listen and work from home timing to long.

...ide a cab for the customer site. It's better not to get a job than to work here. They don't pay you for working from the customer site on Saturday and Sunday, and they don't allow compensation leave. When I asked for it, they said, "You don't even get paid for the day when you don't have work, so why ask for that?"
