Best advice is not yet to join this company,the operation manager Mrs RAJI behaviour is not nice ,she won't respond properly,they recruited a hostel warden as a operation manager,She does not know about the corporate culture,she does even know about the company,if you want to work in this company with the skull is waste ,you should bucket for them if you hold the bucket you will be in good position ,otherwise you will not be ,there is already experienced person in the company they didn't get proper hike.simply waste,the company is not yet registered.

I got a worst experience in this company. They has taken interview many times they conducted meetings then they release the offer after one month and they mentioned joining date also they mentioned after 1 month. After this process i have joined in this company after 2 days they sent a mail as a document verification is failed without sending any documents. i replied this mail without sending documents how you sent this type of mail but they did not replied. my time waist and i left my offers as well. So do not join in this company if you join you will get a mail at any time as a your offer is revoking.

Mrs.Raji Operation manager is not good ,she thinking that neartekpod office is. A school,she scolds a employee ,like the school because she worked in school full toxic company,food is bad,if you demand the salary they will accept after completing the training ,they will say to improve your performance,they will not give you a hike.
