Dislikes

Everyone work for salary, but in this thing u have to face many problem, seasonally policy changes in which there is not at all beneficial and not even behalf of employees.

Saturday Sunday off. Salary on time.

Dislikes

No Vision, No leadership quality in management, No fixed Program, No strategy . Management Working on experiments basis. Every time they try to change something. Lots of politics. Non competent staff. People could not work for long time. My 3 teammates left job within 4 months . Don't join its just waste of time.
