The work culture was excellent and superiors as well as subordinates were very cooperative. This job was very helpful in dealing with public, various departments and techno legal matters.

Dislikes

The experience was very good but dedication , hard work & honesty has very little meaning for the department.

its should be the last organization ameritorious student should join, culture is exceptionally bad, people are bad, no working culture, stupid people ruling at higher posts....etc.. its better to join a private firm rather than joining this

Being an autonomous body all types of pressure needs to be dealt while performing with public. NDMC is the only municipality having all powers of a discom or water distribution company. This body undertakes maximum field work from it's own labour, thus the supervisiory staff works like that of a private company and still makes profit. An incredible on the part of a govt. Body.

Dislikes

Since I mostly worked in public dealing sections, pressure and political activities from outside as well as insiders brings challenge in carrier building. The HR department is not cooperating.
