Everything. 1.Project Manager Mr. Apoorba kumar is very slow in completing every projects. He takes almost 4xalloted completion period in every project. 2.Decision making capacity of Management is very poor. 3.They show interest whether they qualify in a particular tender having due date two months ahead but they keep the Tender Executive in dark about submitting that tender if they qualify and give the decision in last day. 4.As a tender executive I passed on the required documents to Mr. Jiten pamnani other JV partner two days well in advance but I was given the required documents of other two JV participating companies Brij construction and Shree Manglam Buildcon 4 hours before the due date and time.Brij construction delayed or Shree Mangalam delayed or was it Mr. Abhijeet who passed on the documents to me in last moment to record my failure in submitting that tender.
