Working in IT Dept. at ND Care is sometimes tough. We have a lot of technology, but it can be hard to keep up with everyone's need and it gets busy.

Attrition rate is High. Everyday policies get changed. No appointment letter is given to any employee. Fraud Management. Who never give right committment to anyone.

Usually ups and downs are every where..some times you feel pressure but when you go through it..you really feel good.
