Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. There no job security, employees like daily bases worker, work culture is very poor,there no management only one personal and some flattery decided Avery think, nothing's any policies no bonus no leave and no value of non teaching staff.
