Nothing likable about here, Atleast, the India office.

Dislikes

...for every minute work. No reports are ever provided to the employees. Unethical. Do not pay on time, hold your salary without initimation. You can expect a PIP without any prior discussion.

Working experience,management of company was good. Working environment was this company is good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good explore in market except technical work. Supportive Superior's. Not enough staff to compete anyone so no growth in term of position and knowledge.

Dislikes

Headquarters doesn't look after the operations directly, but handed over to Techminds Infrasol, Pune. The Indian management don't have any clearcut vision to promote the solutions.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
