I am proud working in this project as rehabilitation of child labour. But the project is not released our salaries during covid 19 i.e., since April 2020

I am working and serving since 1996. But no regularization and job security. Present my salary is rs. 18,000.00 for 25 years service

I satisfied at present all children and parents are awared on education and some children are enrolled by us they are now doing jobs. But NATIONAL CHILD LABOUR PROJECT staff now as jobless

It was very bad experience in government project and its guideline designed which was no practically possible. there no any security or benefits to the employee works at there. The scheme was excellent for to withdrawn children from work place and linkage to the education. but the project and scheme was uncertain stability. no sufficient funding by the government. even thou the children stipend not paid from april 2018.

Dislikes

The policy made by the unpractical person. which was possible on paper only not possible on the ground due to there lots of time consuming administration work.
