Good work environment, team support is also good, management is transparent, company policies are average. Appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

Lot of unexpected pressure from management & unwanted involvement of management on daily issues, lack of freedom for seniors.

NCL VEKA is an opportunity for every individual to explore their ideas. More scope to learn technical things. No work pressure. Good team, more support from management. Appraisals, purely based on performance. Can balance both personal and professional work balance, as the timings are very flexible.

Dislikes

Only distance. As I reside at kothapet, office is located at Financial District, which takes almost 4 hours for me to travel per day. This might not be a disadvantage to all.
