No good % on salary hikes and incremients TA Bills Less. They will pay very lately. Even they hold some TA Bills. Middle level managament will give one commitment and Top managaemnt will give another commitment.the managament will not stand on given by the commitment to the Emplyee.

There is Lazy Workers Company

Dislikes

Company Having lots of politics from Senior Employees , They Won't teach you. Or Support you. Only you have to take order. Company has Directly selling Upvc Profiles to the local dealers and Other products to the dealers. Veka profiles they are using are having seperate dealers for their product. You Can't Convince your customers about high priced product. 180 to 220 Rs Difference per squarefeet for Veka dealers and for NCL Buildtek Product. If your Selected for Mangalore and Mysore market definately don't join .Total Negative for their products. Lots of Servicing Issues

they won't concern employees opinion and more politics who have working from last many years in the company they are sitting at office and listening their words they don't know what's happening what is the situation what is the portion in the market they won bother they are playing there safe for their positions and they won't think we are growing or not they want sit discuss, plan, implementation etc.... Ine job career must of politics politics game is there.
