Environment in office is not good, lack of facilities for employees, no satisfaction of salary, daily work duty is 12 to 13 hour's. Weekend end also halfday.

Disproportionate salary to the work discharged. No allowances and benifits for extra work. Mainly due to market condition in India and budget constraints.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No scope for new comers and only management persons irrespective of cadre will dictate Pl don’t prefer to join it financial sick no scope for learning no training only work

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market's reliable high quality product and has global client base. As a result .I get to travel abroad .especially to the Us and Canada .but on site travel is completely dependent on your projects
