There was company policy was good and salary structure and incriment shedule is avarage.

Dislikes

Duty hours not satisfied. Huge time working hours in the site and not any holiday or leave culture in this company. Also Sunday is working day. For this reason no time for yourself to spend the time in your family. My personal suggestion, experience purpose you join this company, not for life spend purpose.

Company also very good. Job secured. All facilities are there. Salary and other facilities getting time to time.

When any one worked any company not particular not ncc only something if came little bit problem. Thare should be adjustment.

Good team well cooperated and nice working skills and learning how to working on site level well, We hope carrier growth will be nice , salary increments not so much hike only .02% hike last two years but when joining hike salary thew have well future good supporting of company management.

I was placed in expedition department which was quite boring and was not getting any opportunity to enhance my skills..therefore I disliked the quality of work there

...enior GM then instead of the incharge, the supervisor has to attend the meeting.Despite my salary being low, I have been given as much work load as is given to employees who earn three times more salary than me.
