I would like to tell all of you this company have good repo in India. The salary and payment conditions w.r.t employee and contracts are excellent. Here working style is quite good. I am happy to work here.

NCC limited company is a very good company. In this company salary is paid on time. And the company always has work. There is job security in this company. I like working here. And I have learnt a lot. Overall the company is very good.

Don't join NCC in Bangalore Zone if you're hard worker ...NCC don't know how to treat with Hardworker employees. If you achieved 100% of targets which is given by your project in-charge, still you will get nothing, ... Appreciation, appraisal, & increament is very low ( JE- INR 2500/- , AE - 3000/- ).... Hardworker Employees & Kamchor Employees get equal increament ( Maximum 10% of Basic ) which is most worst thing ever..
