Dislike only the part of the salary. At the time of interview they negotiate the present salary as CTC. CTC includes LTA and Bonus. These are annual components. Pf + LTA+ Bonus deduction employee will get Net salary. This is only the unsatisfied and disliked in this company. No proper hike will not get.

Freindly environment is there at our comany, our sir is giving full support to us for work related works .

I m working enjoy with our company thats why i give 100 percent output my side. But coming to salary it is very low and not satisfied with this salary.

Get salary on time. In corona pandemic also they given salary without any delay. Work culture is very Good. Management was very supportive. You will never get feeling boar with your work.

Little bit pressure at the time of client Billing. In some times for overcoming that pressure you have to work on Sunday also (It's not a problem to who loves their work and greatful to their company).

The above ratings i have given based on Electrical Division. But in Civil Building and Water Division Growth is Well and Promotion with Increments also Superb

Dirty Politics and Partiality in Promotions and Increments. No Career Growth Programs and Workshop trainings for Site People's and no any Confidential Policy regarding Pay and Increments at Site Level. Also no proper recognition for talented old employees who is working more than 5 years. Working with Toxic minded team members, will affects actually talented peoples ideas. Salary on time. After salary nothing is good.

Management is worst. Too much politics. Very badly treated with employees and rough talk with employees. Too much work pressure ... minimum 12-14 hours work time all days. No OT or any facilities for that. Here u can't balance your personal life. People who haven't any technical degree are PM here, who are managed site here.
