The most I like in this company is job security, with NCC will rarely give up any staff

Low salary, weak health insurance card, working in remote locations without any facilities such as the Internet, too much job requirement is required to be carried out, no honest improvement you need to have strong support from management member to gain a salary increment and, or new job title.

There was company policy was good and salary structure and incriment shedule is avarage.

Dislikes

Duty hours not satisfied. Huge time working hours in the site and not any holiday or leave culture in this company. Also Sunday is working day. For this reason no time for yourself to spend the time in your family. My personal suggestion, experience purpose you join this company, not for life spend purpose.
