Don't join NCC in Bangalore Zone if you're hard worker ...NCC don't know how to treat with Hardworker employees. If you achieved 100% of targets which is given by your project in-charge, still you will get nothing, ... Appreciation, appraisal, & increament is very low ( JE- INR 2500/- , AE - 3000/- ).... Hardworker Employees & Kamchor Employees get equal increament ( Maximum 10% of Basic ) which is most worst thing ever..

Jo log Contract basis par hai unhe na to contract extension ka letter milta hai, monthly pay slip bhi nahi milta aur resign karne ke baad experience certificate bhi nahi milta hai.

To be honest, I liked the company reputation in market but it’s totally different in reality

...ime if needed but not like single holidays you have take 10-15 days off. About salary I would say I was not satisfied with my salary to work time ratio. It was too less 2.5 LPA CTC. Even seniors were paid less like 35k per month for 10-12 years experience but they get incentives side by side. Now the work culture I am totally disappointed as this company will prefer mostly Andhra Pradesh people to grow and there is big partiality with other region people. Management is very poor too much office politics is present very hard for career growth. I am so sorry to say this about a big company but it’s true. People only survive there for good switch for future.

Discrimination, always says no to leave if you are asking leave after five - six months, no transparency during salary hikes, Senior Engineer (North Zone) is worst

1.More than 12 hours working everyday. 2.No Sunday off. 3.Not approval of planned leave 4.Without purpose meetings everyday after site work. 5.Store department was very lazy ,delayed material for their ego 6.Some old workers of lower rank that is foreman and supervisors used to disrespect of new joinee engineers. 7.There was lobbying in the technical department. 8.Overburden on engineers for arranging labourers,DG fuel and some hardware material.
