Get salary on time. In corona pandemic also they given salary without any delay. Work culture is very Good. Management was very supportive. You will never get feeling boar with your work.

Little bit pressure at the time of client Billing. In some times for overcoming that pressure you have to work on Sunday also (It's not a problem to who loves their work and greatful to their company).

The above ratings i have given based on Electrical Division. But in Civil Building and Water Division Growth is Well and Promotion with Increments also Superb

Dirty Politics and Partiality in Promotions and Increments. No Career Growth Programs and Workshop trainings for Site People's and no any Confidential Policy regarding Pay and Increments at Site Level. Also no proper recognition for talented old employees who is working more than 5 years. Working with Toxic minded team members, will affects actually talented peoples ideas. Salary on time. After salary nothing is good.

Management is worst. Too much politics. Very badly treated with employees and rough talk with employees. Too much work pressure ... minimum 12-14 hours work time all days. No OT or any facilities for that. Here u can't balance your personal life. People who haven't any technical degree are PM here, who are managed site here.

Site management was not good as expected.Head office management is good they support you very well.But for Site Engineer there's no holiday.All week you have to work and also time period is also more than expected 8am to 8pm. And also sometimes it's may delayed more.You will not be free any time ,no leave,no Extra work payment. Working life is very tiring.
