No Career Growth Programs and Workshop trainings for Site People's and no any Confidential Policy regarding Pay and Increments at Site Level. Also no proper recognition for talented old employees who is working more than 5 years. Working with Toxic minded team members, will affects actually talented peoples ideas. There was company policy was good and salary structure and incriment shedule is avarage.

Dislikes

Duty hours not satisfied. Huge time working hours in the site and not any holiday or leave culture in this company. Also Sunday is working day. For this reason no time for yourself to spend the time in your family. My personal suggestion, experience purpose you join this company, not for life spend purpose.

...enior GM then instead of the incharge, the supervisor has to attend the meeting.Despite my salary being low, I have been given as much work load as is given to employees who earn three times more salary than me.
