Don't join NCC in Bangalore Zone if you're hard worker ...NCC don't know how to treat with Hardworker employees. If you achieved 100% of targets which is given by your project in-charge, still you will get nothing, ... Appreciation, appraisal, & increament is very low ( JE- INR 2500/- , AE - 3000/- ).... Hardworker Employees & Kamchor Employees get equal increament ( Maximum 10% of Basic ) which is most worst thing ever..

No work pressure, great work life balance, site engineers and administration are all well behaved

Less salary, HR policy not upto the mark, top management involvement in every decision making everything worst

Get salary on time. In corona pandemic also they given salary without any delay. Work culture is very Good. Management was very supportive. You will never get feeling boar with your work.

Little bit pressure at the time of client Billing. In some times for overcoming that pressure you have to work on Sunday also (It's not a problem to who loves their work and greatful to their company).

The above ratings i have given based on Electrical Division. But in Civil Building and Water Division Growth is Well and Promotion with Increments also Superb

Dirty Politics and Partiality in Promotions and Increments. No Career Growth Programs and Workshop trainings for Site People's and no any Confidential Policy regarding Pay and Increments at Site Level. Also no proper recognition for talented old employees who is working more than 5 years. Working with Toxic minded team members, will affects actually talented peoples ideas. Travel Policies and Relocation Rules and Expenses

Work culture is not ok. North South politics Total discrimination and exfoliation of employee If they don't like your work they will remove without any discussion and will not mentor you. Senior management is living like king and all others employee treated like they own you If you want to stay in job you should to give alcohol every week to your project incharge.
