owner is good.

Dislikes

New employee can not work here. specially in Sales Team. There are no area fixed for the old employees, the new employee has trouble working in his Working Area. Old employees either do not allow his customers to join or break his customer in his area. and gets trapped in politics. I was Area Sales Manager in Delhi-NCR but his Mumbai sales Team Persons continue created disturbance in Delhi-NCR.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
