I had work with nbr grop everything is good only ,but recently one girl' and boy came as good position i don't want mention names ,they r cheeting management as well existing employees ,they passing bad reviews about existing employees.their plane was every one want to lesion them words only ,that's if sum one having good knowledge we can lesion but they r not ok to that position . because of this 2 people every one loosing job from NBR group .names :Mithun HR Swathi (backend team) both before joining it self friends ,if they left from nbr group ,every thing is good ,how r all come newly they r all thair personal references.

There is a lot of politics the management doesn't address our issues .

Apart from sales team other Department doesn't have future and job guarantee/Learning skill waste of time. For sales team No Job guarantee.

Dislikes

job security and appraisal. And directors are not at all genuine people.
