HRD is the very centralized dept. Which shall be effective and easy to communicable with each level employees. Partiality between contract employees and regular employees could be regularise No induction programm, orientation programs which is leads to employee become blind on company policy.

The working culture and support of NBCC official is excellent. They always promote team work. That is very essential for any Organisation. The management team is praiseworthy and always encourage us to accomplish the task in a desired manner. NBCC is having employees welfare policies.
