Working environment is good and organization culture match my expectation. Management and colleagues are supportive. We didn’t have a total lockdown but worked from home and observe all health measures to avoid spread of virus. Company have good performance review and feedback are done in timely manner.

Some departments needs to be merged together as there are repetition of works

worst all of things like compny have no investment for employes health,food,cab etc so air n sound pollution at shop floor but no care about employ health n life. compny policy so bad no carreir here skilld exprienced and qualified person

NBC is bearing manufacturers and it's have a good quality levels and achievements Here's work place is very good and working process as per standard And also I have more improvement myself and my industrial knowledge after joining in this company Over all staff n department members have helpfull nature So we easily face all problems in shop Flore And NBC adopted latest technologies in shop

Work presser is also available but it's manage due to support of all team members
