Job security is the only things which is good.

Company is not providing good increment to their older people rather than focusing to hire outsider on high package who has same year of experience. Moreover, company is not focusing on their employees to given high post.

Job security is a very challenging and work culture is hard work to people to continue to work no rest in a company. Working place continues work and people can set in a place

Dislikes

There is a lot of political and the management does not address our issues salary is decent but career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not give to new joiners. Working place is a very hard working and salary is lower.

There is nothing to like about NBC. If you're from a prestigous college you will find yourself out of place. No time management. You will feel like a labourer.

Dislikes

...with few NITs with very low package and expect you to work for 9 hours everyday. Some deparents have 5 days a week and some has 6 days a week but you'll get the same salary..irrespective of your working hours.

Don't like company HR policy totally fake

Company didn't pay my full salary as per given in my CTC structure. Very bad answer given after I was left the company. While I was in resigned with notice period and talked with Company HR related my performance Incentives deducted or not given. Very rudeness answer given by Company HR after around two months gone. Fake company policy, I never interest to work in future with this company.

Work life balance. Big brand Policies like education, car, IJP etc. Ambitious.

Dislikes

Culture Old employees do not want to change and favour to local employees. Salary hike Slow pace organization. No Training. Design is just a drafting. Zero appreciation for your work.
