As my above rating saws that company is Totally failure in all aspects. Even financially in too much trouble. Terminating higher salaried senior staff without giving proper reason. System is ZERO. Technical director’s is totally working like non technical staff. It saws ability of technical directors. Quality of product is question mark. Producing APIs with totally Non GMP manners.

No any words to ask about I like in this organisation. Failure in all aspects.

Likes

You would learn a lot if you are lucky and joining in the second half of the year i.e post June. If you can make friends with the right people, you would gain knowledge over healthcare domain, e-commerce, ticketing system, CRM, payments and many more.

Dislikes

The recent layoffs were the only dislikes under the name of organisation restructuring.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
