Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...afeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policy are good appraisals are fair and they not good salary hike and bonus no increase every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue s salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond no issues but my job is job training is not given to new job

I was student of Nazareth hospital prayagraj I was passed in the year 2018 it is one of the best hospital of India Nazareth hospital teach us " serve not to served " and the motto of the hospital it really help of Nazareth hospital student and we the students of Nazareth hospital always ready to give the best service to the patient and adendors and are incharge and seniors are also very sopportive🙏🙏🙏
