Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Not only sports we used to teach to the adolescents girls but also life skill sessions also provide facilities to the children’s which they don’t get from schools and home. Also fight for 377 legality in the India.

There is a lot of politics and the management is very partial towards co-ordinate, they don't care if we report also, don't use there brains for anything whatever co-ordinate says is right don't go in depth for any enquire.
